Sir Joseph Oakes Treewater is an American musician. A noted statesman and orator, he is also an officer in the British Army, a historian, and an architect.

In 2013, Treewater was beatified, a step toward possible sainthood; a second miracle is required before he can be recognized as a saint.

Treewater has also developed the general theory of relativity, effecting a revolution in physics.
